Job Summary
Key responsibilities include supporting multi-functional initiatives to implement efficiency in operations, strengthening products and services, analyzing products, and creating various analytical reports.

• Establishment of periodic analyzes (weekly, monthly, yearly)
• Improving, developing and programming reports.
• Continuous analysis of sales department.
• Customized reports and analysis.
• Responsible for identifying challenges and difficulties related to customers and / or products, identifying potential decisions, reporting on their project status, tracking and resolving them in a timely manner, in coordination with the sales team.
• Achieve project objectives through effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels of the Global Contract Centers
• Direct project activities, conducting reviews, and change monitoring processes.
• Full responsibility for managing some projects from start to finish project.
• Work closely with team members to ensure that all customer records have been handled and escalated if necessary.
• Working on quality reports to ensure a distinctive customer service.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools (World, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Experience delivering applications in the call center environment
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, tasks, and roles
• Understanding "process improvement techniques, project management strategies, techniques, methodologies, and best practices
• Excellent personal skills - Ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences
• You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision to reach specific goals
• Candidates must demonstrate the ability to prioritize
