Job description:
Functional tasks :
1. Content Creation:
- Writing blogs, publications, articles, newsletters, communication materials, and articles for social media channels.
- Write new content based on research and brainstorming by following the instructions provided for each type of document.
- Develop compelling content for articles, blogs, and stories for social media to entice and engage the public.
- Development of ideas derived from research and organization on computer applications.
- Ensure that the content contains enough keywords to optimize search engines.
2- Social Communication Strategy:
- Creating a social media strategy.
- Establish budgets for social media activities.
- Planning for social media campaigns.
- Work with internal stakeholders.
- Recruitment and management of marketing team for social media.
- Managing change and adopting social media in corporate culture.
- Working with other marketing branches to integrate different activities.
3 - Implementation of social media:
- Manage social media campaigns and daily activities.
- Manage presence in social networking sites.
- Brand support.
- Communicating with the community.
- Managing blogs for awareness programs.
- Building a brand ambassador network.
- Publishing and commenting on related blogs.
- Organize content in social networks.
- Write editorial content.
- Create and upload videos.
- Participate in conversations and answer questions.
- Establishment and management of social networks and the creation of a calendar of publications.
4 - Monitoring social media:
- Develop benchmarking measures to measure the results of social networking programs.
- Analyzing and evaluating campaigns and strategies for social media.
- Campaign effectiveness report.
- Monitoring trends in social media.
- Monitoring the activities of major competitors in social media.
- Monitoring the social space of the brand and related topics and conversations.
- Understanding how social media influences search traffic.
5- Customer Accounts Management:
- Serving customer base points and supervising the delivery of digital advertising campaigns.
- Planning, coordinating and leading monthly meetings to update customer status, follow up, and ensure daily reporting of customer expectations.
- Manage customer strategy and follow up implementation by the internal team until delivery to the customer.
- Managing innovation in strategy and production, working closely with internal team as well as external vendors.
- Work closely with the marketing department of the client, leading to the accuracy of the product release to the customer or service, and ensures continuity of operations.
- Monitor, analyze and optimize social media campaigns on a weekly basis to meet specific key performance indicators, including the number of social media channel fans, data acquisition and consumer engagement metrics.
