- Prepare, understand and evaluate mechanical and electrical drawings for detailed large-scale projects and ensure communication with design.
- Coordinates mechanical and electrical, plumbing elements of all projects, partner with contractors and design engineers, identify and resolve all potential interference and conflicts.
- Provide an explanation of the plan and details sheets and specifications to supervise the contractors or letter M / E.
- Participate in the evaluation of proposals of contractors in tenders.
- The project is involved in negotiations with the contractors / bidders.
- Following up with consultants in developing MEP designs.
- Ensures strict implementation of MEP.
- Visit the sites of the proper implementation guarantee.
Requirements:
Excellent use in AutoCAD.
Experience with a degree
