• Responsible for managing a selection of existing accounts
• Create an annual account development plan and monthly action plan per account
• Develop & maintain relationships with key contacts and through in depth profiling to gain a complete understanding of total account to assist hotels to achieve business travel room night revenue.
• Highlight Ibis & Novotel as brands and educate the bookers about our products, benefits and services
• Conveys the image of the hotel
Requirements:
University degree, preferably from a friendly certificate in the field of hospitality and tourism
Fluent in English
Previous hotel experience required in S&M corporate or leisure segments
