Job Description:
- Security guard. Is the person charged with guarding the establishment and maintaining the safety and security of its employees, funds and property, and protecting them against theft, assault or any material or moral damages.
- The security guard (the man of safety and security) has the power to arrest a person who is caught stealing or vandalizing within the institution, or who attempts to enter the guarded establishment.
- The guard is responsible for the maintenance of personal security, and the safety of the building and its contents of equipment and objects during the period from the time of receipt of official office until the next guard
- Every member of the Guard is under legal liability, if he does not comply with the instructions issued.
Functional tasks:
- To take into consideration the etiquette of his behavior with the public, his superiors and his colleagues.
- Respect for self and patience, literature and fitness in the treatment of others.
- Be honest, honest and fair in all work and comply with regulations, instructions and laws.
- not to abuse or exploit the functional authority, or to exploit his influence for his personal benefit.
- To be skillful and wise in dealing with problems.
- Appropriate appearance of a man of safety and security.
- Respect for officials from departments and centers, and respect arrangements for the conduct of activity.
- To maintain calm and tranquility within the facilities and units of the site.
- Provide assistance to all who request it, and extend assistance to anyone who has a sudden illness or fainting.
- Handing over the lost items to his direct boss without tampering with them.
- To maintain the cleanliness of the site and not to misuse the assets in the room.
- To wear the uniform issued during his tenure during the job and in a decent manner.
- To execute orders issued to him accurately and safely within the limits of regulations and instructions.
- Not to disclose the secrets that are informed by virtue of his job even after leaving the service.
- Compliance with the procedures and instructions related to the events held at the site.
- Do not destroy or tamper with or disable the property of the site from work.
- Full responsibility in the work entrusted to him before the director of his unit or supervisor.
- To carry out the duties of guard in full during the shift of duty in accordance with the program prepared for this purpose.
- Implementation of instructions, decisions and orders issued by the competent official without hesitation or delay.
- Attendance at the specified times of rotation and the absence of the farthest departure presence of the alternative.
- Never leave the site at all except in special cases in coordination with the supervisor to temporarily secure the alternative
