Job description:
1. Supervising the department and working in it
2. Continues to update its human resources plan.
3. Oversees the planning and organization of the work and activities assigned to the Personnel Affairs Department.
4. Organizing and updating staff files and organizing work contracts.
5. Follow all procedures related to personnel affairs in terms of controlling the movement of procedures and benefits related to the transfer / loan / assignment / annual increases / bonuses / annual reports / promotion / vacations of all kinds and oversees the documentation in the records and prescribed forms.
6. The schedule of job profiles shall be established and the vacancies shall be determined annually in coordination with the concerned authorities and the financial directorate.
7. Follow up requests for employment and procedure with all competent authorities inside and outside the institution.
8. Continues to save transactions in regular and confidential files for all employees.
9. Following the annual reports and taking the necessary action.
10. Perform any other work assigned to him within the limits of his duties and responsibilities.
11. Design the organizational structure and work description of each job according to the structure.
12. Evaluate staff performance and make recommendations.
Requirements:
  • At least have a diploma.
  • At least has 3 years experience in the same field.
  • Speak Arabic and English fluently
  • Computer proficiency and important programs.
  • Ability to organize, coordinate, follow up and prepare reports
