Responsibilities:
1. Receiving all inquiries and complaints from customers and the speed of response to them
2. Implementation of customer service policies and instructions approved by the Direct Manager
3. Keeping all records of quality models of customer service instructions and all its works subject to internal review

  • Effective communication skills and communication of information to specialists and non-specialists
