Job Functions:
1. Control the movement of materials in warehouses, unloading areas and other storage areas, sites or facilities of the Central Depository.
2 - Supervise the receipt and receipt of materials from vendors or customers, ensure the safe discharge and unloading in the storage location allocated.
3 - Implementation of preliminary checks on the materials received to verify the items in accordance with the purchase order, request materials or materials request documents from customers.
4 - Coordination with the sales and procurement departments for the technical verification of the items and documents associated with them.
5 - Prepare all documents of receipt and inspection and notify the buyers of the procedure required by the supplier.
6. Verification of inventories It is the case of items stored at regular intervals, maintaining good management of property and insurance services and processes of hygiene measures and services in all storage areas.
7 - Issuance of materials from the warehouses against the material exchange document as approved by the sales department official.
8 - To maintain file systems and records of materials to track and control materials as appropriate.
9. Direct coordination in working with other labor functions.
10. Performing periodic inventory work.
11 - The introduction of the movement of items on the system in force by the company periodically.
Requirements:
Experience of at least three years working as a warehouse custodian.
Bachelor degree or diploma as a minimum (trade - accounting)
Regular and transferable accommodation (for non-Saudis).
