4 - Participate in the performance of the selection of truck drivers in collaboration with the Department of Human Resources.
5. To manage the availability of security and safety tools for trucks and vehicles and to ensure the availability of security and safety.
6 - Manage the performance of all customs operations and procedures for the operation of trucks and the implementation of goods transport operations.
7 - Direct management of dealing with other transport companies and work to provide external trucks if necessary.

10 - Supervising the issuance of permits for the exchange of petroleum materials, which is the fuel needed for the operation of trucks in coordination with the Department of stores.
11 - Follow up the movement of the foreign market for the transport of goods and customs procedures, if any.
12 - Communicate with the marketing and sales department to report on emergency problems and sudden failures to benefit and coordinate with customers.
13 - Supervising the performance of internal maintenance operations, which is the completion of periodic maintenance required for all trucks and vehicles of oil spare parts of all types and spare parts of the specified life span and other forms of regular maintenance, while overseeing the performance of external maintenance to address the sudden breakdown of trucks during the implementation of one of the tasks the work.
14 - Supervising the performance of traffic licenses, car insurance (insurance) for both trucks and vehicles.
15 - Permanent contact with the financial management to benefit in the event of modifications or transfers during the transfers which represent the same additional costs to the client.
16. Prepare and report to the Marketing and Sales Department on the extent to which customer needs are met through the implementation of cargo transportation functions.
17. Prepare and submit reports to the Human Resources Department to benefit all administrative and technical aspects.
18- Holding business meetings to discuss customer complaints about the operations of the transport of goods or customs work in cooperation with the Marketing and Sales Department.
19 - Cooperate with the Human Resources Department to work on the evaluation of employees in different departments of the Department of staff and drivers.
20. Oversee truck speed control and driver compliance.
21- Managing the accounts and operating costs of the trucks on a daily basis, namely the financial covenant spent, fuel consumption, petty expenses, performance and performance of the customs procedures and drafting them in the form of reports and submitted to the Finance Department.
22 - Issuance of the mandates and assignments of work for all employees of the administration.
23. Taking care to receive all technical and administrative reports from all employees of the administration.

Requirements:
At least three years of experience as a Transport Supervisor.
Bachelor degree or diploma as a minimum (graduate mechanics)
Regular and transferable accommodation (for non-Saudis).
