1. Assistance in compensation administration (basic or short-term incentives).
2. Enter the appropriate salary for each grade and add any modifications as instructed by the HR Supervisor.
3. Help inform employees of compensation and benefits information, advise employees and respond to their inquiries regarding salaries, deductions, leave, reasons for withholding and health insurance.
4. Assist in managing specific benefits, including editing reports and keeping records.
5. Monitor attendance, absence and delay of employees and apply the procedure in line with the company policy and the Saudi Labor Office Law.
6. Executing the procedures for eviction of the party in the resignations, vacations, termination operations and others and making sure that there are no internal loans due.
7. Preparation of the salary path per month for employees according to the compensation policy and benefits in the company.
8. Prepare salary deduction statements.
9. Preparation of allowances such as housing allowance, external and internal payments and other allowances in accordance with the company's policy on compensation and benefits and their introduction into the human resources system.
10. Applying appropriate procedures to pay the employees for their entitlements (housing allowance, assignments, overtime, end of service or any additional allowances) and coordination with staff to receive them in accordance with the policy consistent with those procedures and adding all updated information in the system.
11. Delivery of required operational reports to the direct supervisor.
12. Checks the leaves, discounts and any financial action affecting the employee's monthly salary and end of service.
13. Other tasks assigned by the Direct Manager and the Director of Administration in relation to the Labor Department.
Requirements:
Mastering the use of computers and Microsoft Office applications.
