Reporting to the HR & Admin. Affairs Director, key deliverables will include:
- Manage Personnel Affairs workload and strategy across Personnel Affairs team.
- Oversee implementation of annual performance review process
- Ensuring Employment Law adherence
- Implement talent management process
- Manage all remuneration and benefits activity
Requirements:
