Job description:
*handle compalins, order delivery time and inquires
*Maintain superior customer experience for e-commerce channel.
*Managing customer inquiries, via both email and telephone.
*Managing special circumstances and needs based on inquiries.
*Assist customers with membership, and returns
*Handle social media complains and inquires
  • Expertise / experience with Magento is not required, but is a plus.
  • MS Office proficiency
  • BA or BS, or equivalent, in statistics, business, or related field
  • 2-5 years in e-commerce sales and/or online marketing and merchandising.
  • Ability to adapt to highly entrepreneurial environment and respond to changes quickly
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Detail oriented; strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Able to maintain and build effective relationships with cross-functional team
