Job description:
1) Communicates and coordinates with all departments and departments of the day to determine their human resources needs and skills and abilities required.
2) Receives recruitment requests from departments and departments and sorting and classification according to the conditions of filling posts according to job description models and presented to the Director of Human Resources.
3) Prepare employment programs according to the plans and their implementation dates to meet the needs of Dar Al-Youm according to its strategic plan.
4) announce the jobs to be filled and receive applications and screening to ensure that they meet the requirements for filling the job.
5) Complete the recruitment procedures after completing the required information and preparing the work contracts and submitting them for signature.
6) Prepares and follows up the advertisement of jobs to be filled and receives applications and sorting, conducting interviews and examinations and making recommendations for appointment to make a choice.
7) Complete the rationale for the appointment and preparation of employment contracts and obtain the necessary approvals.
8) The staff members assigned to their business sites shall be transferred to their work sites, and they shall be notified of their receipt and then notified to the Director of Human Resources.
9) Participates in committees preparing the work force plans in the Dar and the personal interview committees.
10) Communicates and coordinates with the universities, colleges and institutes in the region and recruitment and recruitment offices working inside and abroad to obtain the best applicants and the best offers.
11) prepares periodic and non-periodic progress reports and submits them to the HR Director.
12) Suggest solutions to the problems and obstacles in the organization and the current work method and submit it to its direct supervisor for discussion and development.
