Requirements:
Must be Saudi
- Bachelor's degree (Fresher Required)
- Bilingual with English and Arabic; preferably Saudi female national only
- Experience/understanding of troubleshooting hardware and software
- Ability to communicate easily and fluidly with team and customers
- Strong numerical skill with ability to work with numbers, files, codes, symbols and complex arithmetic using spread sheets
- Ability to deal with situations independently within service desk environment.
- Prior experience in handling support through ITSM based Service Desk application will be an advantage
