1. Providing new clients to the company through prior knowledge of dealing with them or through direct visits as most of the segment we deal with are companies and commercial establishments. As well as the sale and marketing of all types of insurance products according to the needs of each customer and according to his activity.
2. Provide daily reports to the direct manager on the visits of the marketer and discuss with and follow-up to ensure the achievement of the annual target of sales.
3. Communicate and negotiate with customers and provide all required papers required of official papers and the marketer to obtain all the required documents from customers and follow-up. As well as make the necessary comparisons between the types and products of insurance and insurance company services and trade between them so that the customer to choose what suits him and suitable nature of the work of his establishment.
4. Provide technical advice and offer prices and conditions for insurance policies for customers through communication with the insurance company.
5. Follow-up the claims of customers and ensure that they are resolved and terminated by the claims officer in the company to ensure the provision of distinguished service to customers.
6. Follow-up renewal of insurance policies with customers before the end of the period sufficient to allow continuity of growth of the insurance portfolio managed by the marketer.
Requirements:
A secondary qualification or diploma in marketing, insurance, finance, business administration or any supporting specialization.
Preferably have experience in insurance in the field
Good level in English
