- Preparation of training bags
- Direct training either in traditional ways or using modern training techniques
- Put a file for each training bag that trains.
- Preparation of a training file for the trainee.
- Clarification of all skills required by the trainees and the evaluation mechanism of the training portfolio.
- Evaluating the trainees' work and their proficiency in the required skills and providing them with their level after each evaluation.
- To achieve justice and equality and effective communication of all trainees and taking into account the individual differences between them.
- To carry out guidance and guidance work for trainees during the training day.
