1. Planning, organizing, supervising and supervising production staff and workers and fully supervising the inputs, processes and outputs of production processes.
2. Develop daily plans for the items to be produced according to the orders received from the warehouse management and sales department.
3. Full supervision of the inputs and outputs of the production processes and the application of standards and procedures of quality in the company and documentation of production processes.
4. Identify raw material requirements and prepare orders for production process inputs (milk, food, detergents, equipment, etc.) and submit them to the Procurement Department.
5. Identify the needs of human resources required to work in the production department and participate in the selection of employees in the department and identify the training needs of each individual and training and motivate them to work, and participate in the evaluation process for individuals.
6. Ensure the application of occupational health and safety standards in the factory.
7. Follow-up maintenance work in the production hall by specialists and reporting on maintenance or replacement of invalid equipment.
8. Assess the progress of production processes and make the necessary changes aimed at improving the quality of production and reducing time, effort and cost.
9. Reporting on the progress of production processes, achievements and failures to senior management.
10. Raising recommendations regarding reward and punishment based on performance evaluation of employees.

Work experience: 5 years in food processing or production management
