- A training manager is required for a high training institute in Madinah Medina according to the following:
1- Have full knowledge of everything related to the General Establishment for Technical and Vocational Training.
2. Fully familiar with the requirements of the Human Resources Fund Fund for summer training.
3- Planning the executive work in relation to the training courses.
4 - Develop an annual training plan for the Institute.
5 - Has the ability to represent the Institute to external bodies and senior visitors.
6 - Studying the competition institutes and determining the training areas needed by the Kingdom market in general and the city in particular and to choose the most suitable for the Institute.
7 - Has a database in terms of the training process (trainers, scientific content of courses, target groups, companies, ...)
8. Preparation, follow-up and supervision of the courses and diplomas offered by the Institute.
9 - To submit periodic reports to the senior management and make the necessary recommendations for the development of the training process of the Institute.
