• Publish advertisements for employment in employment sites and social networking sites.
• Recording and documenting candidates' responses to job advertisements
• Search the outsourcing database to identify suitable candidates for the jobs offered
• Contact to make initial telephone interviews with candidates.
• Nominating suitable candidates for a personal interview
• Schedule and coordinate interviews at the outsourcing offices or other locations agreed upon with customers.
• Conduct interviews for shortlist candidates in outsourcing offices or in client offices.
• Write short reports of interview results to selected candidates.
