- Respond to telephone calls and record all data in customer follow-up system.
- Conduct daily telephone calls, follow up with potential customers and market training courses
- Follow-up with customers after the course and confirmation of the completion of registration procedures and payment procedures.
- Supervision and follow-up of the implementation of the courses with relevant trainers, trainees, management and clients.
- Follow-up training courses.
- Follow up the opening of trading accounts for customers.
- Working hours from 9 am - 5 pm Sunday through Thursday
Requirements:
Computer proficiency, the Internet and social networks
Mastering Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Email.
