Objective of the job:
- Responsible for the day-to-day reception of the front office by answering telephone calls and transferring them to the persons concerned in a timely manner and answering the queries of customers and visitors to the building and transferring them to the employees concerned
Main tasks
• Responding to customers' phones in a very high fashion, improving and strengthening the company's relationship with its customers
• Responsible for managing incoming calls and transferring them to relevant people and departments
• Welcome the visitors and customers of the building and receive inquiries and questions and take care of their comfort by offering them to sit during the waiting period
• Take personal visitor cards and give them a visitor card during their visit to the building and return them to them when they are finished
• Contact people and departments where there is a visitor and a customer waiting for their news
• Ensure that there are pre-scheduled appointments by the customers and if there is no appointment, contact the concerned person for their approval
• Ensure the cleanliness of reception and front desk
• Format incoming and outgoing mail
• Ensure delivery of mail and parcels to staff and departments concerned
• Perform other tasks that are required from time to time
