Job description:
- Follow up work tools at the call center and ensure that the work is proceeding normally and quickly without the occurrence or occurrence of problems in the equipment or tools to help work
- Carry out calls analysis and work to raise the competent department to accurate details of calls and problems and the nature of queries and work on the development of services provided in the answering machine.
- Supervisor M must do their usual tasks at the call centers they are currently working on and other tasks that may be added later or not mentioned here
Requirements:
  • BA
  • Two years experience
