- Assistance in all aspects of administrative organization:
- Organizing the movement of incoming and outgoing transactions, preparing notes, letters and reports, managing oral and editorial communication, interviewing and directing visitors, opening files and saving transactions and documents to retrieve them when needed.
- Coordination between departments and units working in solving administrative and operational problems on a daily basis.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities.
- Send and receive mail, parcels, send faxes, send and receive company forms.
- Prepare business correspondence (often using word processing software, spreadsheets, and computer display programs)
- Search and identify key data sources
- Preparation of minutes of meetings, drafts of meetings, and internal support materials.
Requirements:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
To be aware of the governmental works related to the business of the establishment
