Main work tasks:
- Reply by phone to all incoming connections and connected client service
- Ensure customer satisfaction and services provided.
- Working to solve customer problems and complaints satisfactorily to the client.
- Dealing with customer inquiries accurately and completely.
- Use customer service skills to find the best ways to deal with each client
  • Speaking English
  • Experience in the same field

Salary Range: 4500-5000 S.R.
