• Make airline and hotel reservations for staff and guests.
• Receiving bookings by telephone, fax and e-mail and working to confirm and ensure bookings with staff.
• Make, change and cancel bookings on request using the reservation system on the computer.
• Change bookings from dates to other dates on request.
• Communicate with companies and government departments to make bookings and confirm reservations.
• Monitor prices and offers.
• Keeping and documenting all correspondence with the administration.
• Ensure the authenticity of the records at the reception.
• Send a weekly report to the Managing Director.
Requirements:
Good use of computers, software and related applications
Proficiency in oral and written communication skills
Language requirements:
English-fluent
