1. Receiving visitors and auditors who are to meet the manager and schedule appointments.
2. To save the messages and documents in their respective files, as well as to save and arrange files in an organized manner that is easy to refer to when requested or needed.
3. Responding to incoming telephone calls of the company, and converting them to the persons concerned and documenting them.
4. Delivering the daily incoming mail, recording it, distributing it to different departments, and taking care of the mail issued by the institution and documenting it.
5. Preparing for meetings and writing minutes of meetings.
6. Studying the Director's questions and presenting the full report.
Requirements:
1. Good skill in using Ms Office and its applications.
