Job description:
- Build, maintain, and direct an efficient, well-trained and effective field sales Organization.
- Develop and recommend, in coordination with the division managers to the Senior Management.
- Manage policies and programs with coordination of concerned department at Head Office in relation to:
• Size and type of sales organization
• Product lines/products and prices
• Distribution channels
• Sales objectives by product and geographical area
• Personal development and advancements
• Sales departments budgets
• Advertising and sales promotion activities
• New product development and improvement of present products
• Credit policies.
• Collection process.
• Warehouse and deliveries
- Establish and execute sales programs in accordance with approved policies.
- Evaluate performance with respect to assigned sales objectives periodically and take necessary steps with coordination of concerned department at Head Office to bring results in line with objectives.
- Plan and conduct periodic sales meetings for the purpose of educating, training and stimulating the Branch sales organization.
- Approve travel and field expenses of sales, review related monthly reports, and institute remedial action when expense policies are violated.
- Keeps General Manager informed of significant sales developments affecting the Organization
- Achieve an adequate profit margins and sales volumes as required to maintain profitable operations.
- Correspond with other company personnel and customers as required.
- Double visits in the field, call on present and prospective customers consulting and supervising Sales Manager and salesmen as the needs require.
- Ensure proper maintenance engineers distribution in the area, in coordination with the department manager, and assist in distributing service responsibilities against clients.
- Attend and participate in industry conventions and activities as the General Manager may direct.
- Maintain good relations with the suppliers, and fulfil their requirements.
- Maintain good relations with the key customers in different governmental and private organizations.
- Control the daily warehouse procedures and ensure proper operation of warehouse facilities to provide the best customer service.
- Supervise & controls the annual stock taking and ensure smooth process.
- Form and maintain an adequate requirement hiring, training and development program for all departments' personnel.
- Supervise and control all financial and administrative issues in the Branch as per policy.
- Prepare and recommend expenses budgets and strives to operate within approved budget.
- Monitor private and government collection process, and ensure documentation of
- Invoices and completion of the payment process of the government and private sectors.
- Achieve Saudization yearly quota set by authorities.
- Evaluate subordinates based on an official performance appraisal.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities in your department of responsibility as required for smooth and efficient operation
Requirements:

  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
