Job description:
Functional tasks:
1. Analyze and describe jobs and prepare a job description program for each job at the company.
2. Provide mechanisms and plans for recruitment and receipt of employment applications from the company's departments.
3. Advertising jobs in the means approved for the company internally and externally.
4. Find and connect with recruitment offices internally and externally.
5. Receive CVs and review them and select candidates from them.
6. Schedule the interviews of the candidates in coordination with the directors and the appointees.
7. Receiving, preparing and participating in interviews of candidates for jobs.
8. Supervising the tests of measuring the personal skills of applicants.
9. Issue job offers and send them to the candidate for the job.
10. Prepare and edit functional contracts for all employees.
11. Conduct annual performance appraisal procedures for all employees of the company.
12. Work on 4 to measure the satisfaction of the employees of the company.
Requirements:
  • To be a Saudi national
  • To have a qualification of at least secondary
  • English Proficiency Fluent in speaking and writing
  • Experience in this field is not less than five years
  • Computer and Internet proficiency
  • To be good looking and have the skill of communication and tact in conversation
Language requirements:
  • English-fluent

Salary Range: 9,000 S.R.
