- Plans, regulates and supervises the sales of the organization or company and participates in the process of drawing up the sales policy and estimates the size of the market and reports sales,
- Discusses with the general manager, department managers and departments to determine price and discount schedules, delivery terms, employee budgets and sales development.
- Plans and organizes sales programs, including sales, promotion, incentives, advertising campaigns and employee training.
