- Responsible for the organization of correspondence received and issued to and from the company and supervision of archiving and indexing, and overseeing the distribution of correspondence internally and externally and follow-up delivery to the recipients.
- Responsible for keeping and archiving documents and documents for employees, resolutions and correspondence Maintenance and management of contracts and files to be in accordance with the standards in force and in line with the Saudi labor system
Requirements:
Mastering computer skills
Mam is good in English
Full knowledge of legislation, laws and regulations
