- Recruitment specialist is required to work for a major national company in the Eastern Province
Functional tasks :
- To review the annual employment plans and follow up their implementation
- Communicate with employment service providers and make use of the services they provide to provide the necessary number of candidates
- Receiving job seekers and identifying their qualifications and skills
- Sorting and sorting CVs of applicants and registering them in the database
- Communicating with candidates and conducting initial interviews with them
Requirements:
University degree in one of the administrative disciplines
