Job description:
1. Preparation of applications for recruitment visas for the company and completion of the application file for visas at the Labor Office and follow up the issuance of social insurance certificate and the Office of Recruitment and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to issue approved visas.
2. Resuming the staff stays in the company and follow-up of the personnel and personnel officer to complete the procedures of medical examination and send the solar photos. Stay in the relevant government agency at least one month before the expiry of the residence and renew the residence and return it to the official for a course to hand over to the employee
3. Issuance of exit and return visa procedures to employees in accordance with the application for approved leave or work trips, as well as return of passports to personnel matters for return to branches / departments before the start of leave.
4. Complete final exit procedures for employees whose services are completed and receive the exit certificate from the travel port.
5. Completing the procedures for requesting work visas for guests and reviewing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to approve the request to be sent to the relevant ministries and the visitor who is invited to visit.
6. Completing the procedures for transferring the sponsorship of the approved employees to be appointed from within and who are subject to the conditions of transfer of sponsorship and follow-up payment of sponsorship transfer fees through the worker or deduction from the worker's salary through the financial management.
7. To renew the commercial register of the company on time and renew the membership of the Chamber of Commerce annually at the beginning of the Hijri year.
8. Follow-up procedures for visiting or recruiting visa for the families of employees and assistance in providing and adding family members to residence after recruitment.
9) Matching and updating passport and work papers, and making necessary additions and exclusion according to reality.
10. Carry out any other work or tasks to follow up and review the government agencies as required by the company's work.
11. Implementing all requests for administrative affairs in all government agencies.
12. Implementing all requests of the company's departments from government agencies.
Requirements:
  • General Secondary Certificate.
  • Work experience: not less than (2 years)
  • Computer proficiency
  • A valid Saudi driver's license holder
