Maintenance Supervisor on commercial residential complex
- Operating the equipment and devices in the complexes (lighting, air conditioning, etc.), and changing the consumer items such as filters, oils and others and to ensure the good performance.
- To carry out repairs and urgent and regular repairs to the endowments facilities, based on the presence of the supervisor and technicians on the job, as well as receiving any maintenance requests from the complexes.
- Examine the defects and reforms that appear in the establishments and work to reform and report on them.
- Receiving the units when they are free from tenants at the request of eviction from the real estate department.
- Renewal of vacant housing units in preparation for re-leasing.
- Preparation of technical reports and inspections based on instructions issued by the authorities.
- Periodic maintenance of the equipment of the complexes.
- Request the insurance of finished materials from the maintenance depots and work to provide them and participate with the purchase of insurance.
- Completion of cleaning works and water supply.
- Any other work requested by the President and the nature of his work.
