Job Description for Gallery Manager
First: Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieving the selling objective of the exhibition.
- Supervising the realization of the sales objective of the sellers within the exhibition.
- Setting the daily sales goals of the sellers and supervising their achievement.
- Apply the policies and procedures of the group and clarify them to vendors within the exhibition.
- Stimulate employees within the exhibition.
- Training and evaluation of employees within the exhibition.

- Supervision of attendance and departure within the exhibition.
- Supervising the achievement of the highest customer service within the exhibition.
- Solve all problems and problems facing employees or customers within the exhibition.
- Explain the components of the goods to sellers and the state sold.

- Commitment to any deficiencies or broken or stolen within the exhibition and assume responsibility.
- Supervising the arrangement of the warehouse and its organization and cleanliness and easy access to goods

- Receipt and transfer of goods within the exhibition.
- Report any shortage, breakage or damage inside the exhibition.
- Coordinate with exhibition managers weekly for standardization of presentation methods.
- Coordination with the warehouse to send the deficiencies of the goods or special requests and raise them on a daily basis.
- Taking responsibility for any goods coming out of the exhibition without insurance through the method of packaging or not to put a note on the goods can be broken.
- Supervision of the status of the bar code includes the price on all goods within the exhibition.
