- Assisting the Director of the Agency in carrying out the administrative work and follow-up inquiries and requests of new customers and applications under implementation. Among the tasks is the processing of notes, invoices, administrative documents, collection data, receiving incoming calls, faxes, e-mails, reply and coordination with customers.
