- Helping customers make the right decision to rent the right car for their needs
- Handling all standard car rental procedures (contract, checklist, required documents, customer follow up ...)
- Respond to all inquiries and customer questions
- Coordination with other departments such as (Fleet, other branches, .....)
Maintain positive behavior for all visitors and customers
- Establishes a car rental contract and collects the rent amount
- Estimated distance to be cut by the customer
- Explains to the customer the types of cars rented, pricing and conditions required for rent
- Check the availability of the terms of lease for the client in terms of the age specified for rent and driving license
- Make sure that the tenant accepts the conditions relating to the insurance and prepayment of the guarantee
- Apply occupational safety and health regulations.
