- Provide repair work and maintenance in any property of the institution.
- Supervising the leased properties from the collection of rents and the marketing of vacant ones.
- Conducting inspection tours of all construction sites and real estate belonging to the Foundation.
- Follow up maintenance and cleaning contracts with the specialized companies contracted for each property.
- Supervising the repair of tenants' notes and satisfaction.
