Job description:
1. Categorize inquiries and respond according to policy terms & conditions, mainly
a. Referrals (consultation & maternity protocol change of provider)
b. Cases with prior approval (non-emergency treatment abroad, delivery abroad & treatment out-APN in KSA
c. Not covered cases (congenital & non-emergency treatment abroad)
2. Assist Delegates whenever unusual situations arise
3. Respond accurately to complaints coming form policy holder and/or insured members
Requirements:
  • (( B.S degree holder - only (( English major
  • experienced in customer service center - support
  • Has no problem with different duty shifts - Morning or evening
  • Those who live in the eastern region only
Language requirements:
  • English-fluent
Employment type:

Salary Range: 8,000 S.R.

2 - Total Salary SR. 8000, before Gosi deduction
3 - Annual bonus after first year - based on company performance
