1.Contact arrival
2. Communicate with shipping agents and Saudi Airlines to collect delivery requests.
3. Provide the necessary information on the elements of any shipment separately in a suitable system for follow-up.
4. Communicate with the customs clearance offices to enter the goods of the shipment in the system and register the forms of clearance
5. Request and collect customs duties and clearance fees on each shipment of accounting.
6. Request for shipment inspection and exemption by customs authorities.
7. Payment of provisions and clearance of fees for each shipment through the bank.
8. Finalize the clearance of a shipment after it has been inspected and discharged by the customs authorities.
9. Maintain the shipment transfer from the point of customs clearance until received in the warehouse.
10. Ensure appropriate settlement of cash or checks received from the accounting for customs clearance of any shipment, and then close the file.
Requirements:
Secondary school certificate as a minimum
Practical knowledge of computer and its applications
Experience and knowledge of Saudi Customs regulations is a mandatory requirement
