Job Description
Operational tasks
• Supervise the implementation of the plans of the Human Resources Planning and Development Section, in addition to ensuring that they are in line with the policies, procedures and objectives of Riyadh Cables Group
• Develop a plan of action of the Human Resources Planning and Development Department, distribute work activities, supervise work progress, evaluate methodologies and work procedures, and guide these activities to serve the objectives and plans of Riyadh Cables Group
• Proposing plans and programs that enhance the effectiveness of HRD
• Ensure compliance with administrative and technical guidelines and decisions
• Ensure that work activities are implemented and completed in accordance with predefined performance objectives, and suggest any necessary actions to the Director of Human Resources Management
Technical tasks
• Review the evaluation (estimate) of the volume of work in each unit in the Riyadh cables group in order to estimate the required manpower (required) of each job title per unit
• Review and coordinate the annual plan for human resources needs to the polarization, selection and recruitment section
• Evaluate the extent to which human resources are used to guide management towards any strategic decision, such as reducing costs through redeployment plans
• Oversee the training needs assessment studies in coordination with the Performance Management Department to identify the most effective and currently needed training programs and the gaps to be covered by the various training methods (s)
• To clearly and fairly define the career paths of the Riyadh Cable Group staff, in light of clear and orderly criteria for succession
• Continuous monitoring and follow-up of changes in job titles and their impact on career development and training plans
• Prepare training plans and programs for employees to participate in internal and external educational and training programs in coordination with their direct managers
• Monitor the progress of human resources development plans and recommend ways to improve and develop staff competencies by identifying the most important weaknesses
• Measuring the effectiveness of the training courses held compared to the expected outputs and results of human resources development programs
General administrative tasks
• Conduct regular meetings with the Marocians to follow up the activities smoothly and to keep them in line with the latest practices in this field
• Prepare periodic reports regarding the activities and achievements of the Human Resources Planning and Development Section to be submitted to the Director of Human Resources Management
• Identification of human resource requirements for the Human Resources Planning and Development Section in accordance with human resource planning practices
• Follow-up administrative affairs of subordinates, such as leave, leave, etc.
• Conduct performance assessment of subordinates in accordance with planned plans and recommend actions in accordance with existing and applicable regulations
• Appointment of a person on his or her behalf to perform job site responsibilities
• Carrying out other tasks related to the work based on the authority of the Director of Human Resources Department
