Job description:
- Implementation of instructions and decisions issued by the Head of the Accounts Department and the Director of Financial Management.
- Keeping all records, documents and accounting books in accordance with the financial system in the management of Saleh Al Rajhi endowments.
- Preparation of accounting entries to be automatically entered into the records after their adoption.
- To carry out the procedures for examining the bonds of arrest and to verify their validity.
- Preparation of monthly audit balances.
- Settlement and registration of bills, bonds and credit accounts of contractors or suppliers, supplies, dispensaries, general accounts and customer accounts.
- Review monthly payrolls including overtime, issue monthly reports on advances, follow up rebates, prepare receipts and other related reports, review cash spreads in the bank and pay salaries in coordination with the treasurer.
- Making statements of receivables and loans and reporting to the head of the accounts department and the director of financial administration, explaining the receipts and arrears.
- Prepare the exchange bonds and complete their preparation procedures for delivery to the concerned parties.
- Reviewing and checking pro-petty documents, keeping records, reviewing and auditing external or local procurement documents and taking necessary measures.
- Settlement of accrued expenses, salaries and advances.
- Follow up the implementation of the directives of the Director of Financial Management regarding the internal audit observations.
- Match the current endowment accounts with the branch accounts and make the required adjustments and adjustments.
- Coordination with auditors of endowments.
- Keeping a record of fixed assets and preparing their depreciation accounts. These assets include assets disposed of by sale and endowments.
- Assist in the audit of contractors' extracts and their conformity with the terms of the contract and their approval before the exchange.
- Assistance in the preparation of contractors' contracts.
- Assistance in the preparation of financial performance indicators.
- Making necessary allowances such as end of service benefits ... etc.
- Assist in the preparation of final accounts of the endowments in coordination with other workers in financial affairs.
- To carry out all procedures related to workers under his supervision in accordance with the list of powers in force.
- To carry out any other work assigned to him by his direct supervisor regarding the nature of his work
