- Calculation of monthly salaries of employees Preparation of accounting restrictions (basic salary, housing allowance, transfer allowance, leave and other allowances)
- Download the payroll file on the bank system. (SABB & Al Rajhi Bank)
- Make payment for government fees (passports, visas and service bills) and make their accounting entries on the accounting system.
- Provision for leave and end of service benefits for employees and the necessary restrictions.
- Monthly bank reconciliations and adjustments.
- Preparation of bank transfers paid to other beneficiaries on the system of the bank.
- Preparation of monthly closure restrictions for all staff expenses and related expenses.
