- Plans, regulates and supervises the sales of the organization or company and participates in the process of drawing up the sales policy and estimates the market size and sales reports
- Discusses with the general manager, department managers and departments to determine price and discount schedules, delivery terms, employee budgets and sales development
- Plans and organizes sales programs, including sales, promotion, incentives, advertising campaigns and employee training
- Oversees and coordinates sales management activities, exchange views with sales supervisors about current developments and includes reaction or response of consumer customers to the products offered for sale and their response to them
- Reports to officials on all matters relating to sales. May personally conduct negotiations on large-scale sales contracts and may plan, organize and monitor marketing research aimed at developing and increasing sales volume
- Negotiates the advertising agencies on the preparation and promotion of promotional program and sales promotion.
