- Preparation of secret and public works. And preparing final copies of documents. Compilation and preparation of materials for the scope of work, inspection reports, and any other adjustments, including traumas and meetings.
- Data entry in the SAP database including the order of entries for final billing.
- Dealing with SPX services to execute orders on behalf of the General Manager Service Center.
- To negotiate, formulate and place purchase orders on suppliers.
- Effective communication verbally and in writing with all levels.
- Completing tasks and special projects of a more difficult nature. Responsible for coordinating and collecting information and work profiles.
- Responding to telephone calls, incoming mail and visitors, reply or transfer of messages as required, summarizes the contents of incoming material.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings and prepare agendas as required.
- Coordinate the schedule of flights (domestic and international), transportation, hotels and all other bookings related to business travelers.
- Assist in coordinating activities and communication such as bulletin boards, coordination of training, coordination of meeting managers, business review ... etc.
- Follow-up of senior management and sales schedule.
Requirements:
Applicants must be 25-35 years old
Have at least 5 to 8 years' experience as an administrative officer
Proficiency in Arabic and English speaking and writing
Knowledge in public administration
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
Ability to work well with minimal supervision
Has perseverance and has the ability to manage stress
He has an interest in accepting challenges
