Job description:
Purpose and purpose of the function:
- Participate in the formulation of goals and the development of plans and responsibility for the preparation of executive programs of the approved plans and activate and implement the decisions of the Director-General on the ground
DIRECT PRESIDENT:

tasks and responsibilities:
- Acting for the Director General in case of non-presence due to travel conditions, illness, vacations or vacancy
- Participate in the development of the main objectives of the institution and participate in the formulation
- Responsible for dividing the main objectives into sub-goals for each department in cooperation with the General Manager in a manner that achieves achieving the main objectives of the institution
- Participate in the development of plans and provide advice and advice to the Director General and the Board of Directors and directors of departments
- Reviewing plans and executive programs and verifying them as well as implementation budgets before they are approved by the Director General
- Attend meetings of the Board of Directors and cooperate with the Director General in the formulation and codification of recommendations and decisions issued and the development of appropriate plans
- Attend periodic meetings and formulate and codify recommendations and decisions issued and the development of operational programs and appropriate sub-plans
- Review and audit all procedures, records, forms and instructions for the quality system after review by the representative of the management of the quality system
- Review and audit the quality policy before submitting it to the Director General
- Review and audit the quality manual before submitting it to the Director General
- Review and audit the organizational structure before presenting it to the Director General
- Participate in the formulation and preparation of senior management procedures with the representative of the management of the quality system and the director of planning and quality assurance
- The final review of the promotions, job placement and salaries at the end of each year prior to the presentation to the Director General
- Final revision of the annual budget before being presented to the Director General
- Representing the company in front of others as well as in events, parties and official interviews with the authorization of the representative of the board of directors
- Taking all necessary decisions that enable the Executive Director to implement the assignments and plans loaded
- Submit bi-monthly, monthly, semi-annual and annual reports to the Director General and discuss these reports in periodic meetings
