Job Summary:
- To serve the investors of the company by providing the services of the call center based on the highest standards of quality and satisfaction of the listeners.
Main tasks:
- Receiving customer communications and responding to their inquiries and handling complaints professionally.
- Providing services to customers while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Conversion of complex problems to the Executive Director
