- Saudi employees are required to assist in the management of human resources with the following functions:
- Renewal of staff residences before their expiry date
- Processing of entry and exit visas and return and final exit of employees in accordance with the regulations
- Assistance in the issuance of visas and residence permits and payment of fees based on the monthly budget
- Termination of social insurance procedures, resident, and traffic violations
- Registration of cars and renewal of insurance and related tasks
- Follow-up with government offices on company documents such as Zakat and banking issues
- Follow-up of employee visas through the site and determine the dates of entry and exit
- Preparation of follow-up reports on personnel issues such as escape etc.
- Executing any additional fees assigned to him by the Direct Manager and the Director of Administration
