Job description:
1- To achieve the sales objectives of the branches and to submit the proposed plans to achieve the sales objectives and to submit them to the sales manager for study, discussion and adoption
2- Preparing detailed analytical reports on the company's sales and selling objectives periodically
3 - Conducting field visits to customers and follow-up customers cut off and report on them
4 - Follow-up preparation of quotations provided to customers of the sales team by policy
5 - Preparation of contracts and agreements with customers of the company and then approved by the sales manager
6 - Supervising the sales team in coordination with the sales manager and coordination with other departments of the company to serve the client
7 - Study the members of the sales team of the company and identify their skills and strengths and weaknesses and propose a plan for their development and report to the sales manager
8- Studying the various selling expenses and reporting them
9 - Provide suggestions for the development and addition of new items to the company's activity
10. Provide suggestions for better customer service
11- Attend sales management meetings with other departments and senior management in case of absence of sales manager
12 - Follow-up market prices daily at the level of regions and report to the Director of Sales
13 - follow-up of the company's customers and payments made and strengthen the relationship with them and control the credit limits and reconstruction of receivables in coordination with the credit officer
14 - Follow up and visit the company's senior customers and meet their requests and activate all types of company
15 - Classification of customers based on the rate of turnover of the balance and the presentation of explanatory reports for the management of sales of the company
16 - Follow-up and support to achieve the desired turnover rate of the credit ceiling of the company
17. Prepare periodic meetings with branches and external sales representatives and submit a weekly report to the sales manager
18 - Monitor the process of return and find out the reasons for discards from customers and report to the sales manager
19. Visit the branches and evaluate the sales team and the sales process and follow-up evaluation with the sales team with transparency
20 - Identify the strengths and weaknesses selling to all branches of the company
21- Studying competitors and identifying their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and potential threats
22 - Follow up the provision of sufficient stock for the branches of the company and follow up the schedule of arrival and distribution of goods in coordination with branch managers and management of procurement and warehouse
23 - Study the causes of idle in each branch and report to the Director of Sales and develop proposals to activate them
24 - Calculation of commissions according to the policy adopted to achieve the selling objectives
Requirements:
  • 3-7 years experience in the same job or as Area Manager
  • Personal skills: the power of personality, the ability to develop work plans, work under pressure, fast-paced, high communication skills, skill in negotiation, persuasion ability, presentation and presentation skills, problem-solving skills, ambition.
