- Full liability for all assets of the company
- Supervising the accounting books, records and forms required by the accounting system, recording and use of the accounting system in accordance with the documentary cycle and coordination with the external auditor
- Extracting the monthly and sub-monthly balance sheets and making sure that they conform to the books and records
- Supervision and control of the preparation of checks issued and ensure compliance with the conduct of exchange company
- Follow up the banks and establish working relationships with the management of banks
- Follow up suppliers and remove any differences, if any.
- Prepare a monthly statement on the settlement of the civil and creditor accounts to be presented to the financial manager.
- To submit proposals to the financial manager on how the accounting procedures and documentary courses may be modified or simplified according to the needs of the work and in a manner that ensures the integrity and discipline of the financial procedures and does not contravene the procedures after the approval of the financial manager.
