• Supervise the application and coordination of regulations and policies in all matters related to wages and incentives in the company
• Work on the accounting programs of the company and the introduction and arrangement of data on this matter
• Work on introducing new employee data and managing existing data into the company's personnel system.
• Preparation and review of monthly salaries and audit with the Department of Finance and disbursement of staff
• Arrange and archive payroll data and statements
• Monitor, record and certify personnel records in all matters relating to maintenance and finance (bonuses, deductions, entitlements and allowances)
• Follow up the social insurance system
• Supervise financial matters related to temporary employment
• Ensure that the Labor Office's wage regulations are implemented
• Prepare the necessary reports and submit them to senior management
• Supervise the implementation of policies and procedures in respect of medical insurance and follow-up matters related to them
• Follow the company's policies, procedures and regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Accounting or Business Administration
Accounting diploma
Experience the same job at least 3 years
